Ecclesiastes explores the meaning of life under the sun and its relationship to eternity and God. Life on earth is short. Everyone should study Ecclesiastes and carefully consider how God refers to life in today's world. Ecclesiastes holds a unique place in the Bible. It’s usually categorized as one of the wisdom or poetry books of the Bible. But it also has narrative like Job, dialogue like Song of Solomon, short statements of truth on various topics like Proverbs, and as in Psalms a variety of statements of truth, cries for help, and praises to God. Remember that God wants us to learn these principles for wise living. Search out those principles, those truths, and thank God for His gift of Ecclesiastes. The workbook for this 4-week study costs $9.00 and will be available in the classroom. Please bring a Bible and writing materials. This group meets on Sundays from 11:30am - 1:30pm online (Zoom) and in room C206 from 3/17/2024 - 4/21/2024. Childcare is not available.
