Jesus calls us to be disciples and disciple makers. We become a student who follows Jesus' teachings, and learns from and models their life after Him. He described that His disciples are to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything He has commanded us (Matthew 28:19-20). So, discipleship begins with you and me, and we will not fully experience life until we become disciples of Jesus. Let’s consider the challenge and cost of becoming a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ! We will discuss and seek to model the key aspects of being a disciple and disciple maker and facilitate taking next steps in everyday life.
