We'll be in the Atrium Chapel each Wednesday at 6 pm for a combination of worship, prayer and teaching. Brandon Hammonds will be teaching on Paul and the New Life Notes will be handed out at the door. Childcare is available for ages 0 - 2nd grade. Paul and the New Life – For the apostle Paul, the Spirit and the new covenant initiated by Christ are two sides of the same coin. And the description he provides of what transpires in a human when they receive the Spirit of God is a transformative process that is thoroughly of the Spirit, being both initiated and sustained by the Spirit Himself. And the goal is centered upon Christ—it concerns humanity’s “image” —that is the goal of our transformation, to be conformed into “the same image” as Christ. Join us as we dive into the book of 2 Corinthians in an attempt to better understand the transformative power of the Spirit that Paul invites believers to experience.
